Step 1: Open your Safaricom sim toolkit

Step 2:  Select "M-PESA"

Step 3: Select "LIPA na M-PESA"

Step 4: Select "Pay Bill"

Step 5: "Enter business no:" -  585858

Step 6: "Account Number" - These are the 11 digit of your decoder xxxxxxxxxxxx

Step 7: "Enter Amount" - Input the amount you wish to pay.

Step 6: "ok" the next popups you get to the end. (Do not "Cancel").

Step 7: Await confirmation message.

Changing Package:

Step 1: Call *858# on Airtel or Safaricom. A popup should appear.

Step 2: Select change  Package option.

Step 3: Chose your decoder type: Digital TV or Dish which uses satellite.

Step 4: Enter the 11 digits of your decoder.

Step 5: Select plan of your choice.

Step 6: Await confirmation message.
